Find the kindness in people to support you, at one of the most difficult times of your life. If that could be me then please talk to me.

The session provides a safe, confidential space to express your thoughts and feelings. The cost of a session is £50. For the most the session is led by you, just talk at your own pace. I will listen and provide opportunities for clarification. We will reflect on your feelings of loss and find pathways for you to become more accepting or help manage your loss.
You are able to talk freely & confidentially with an agreed boundary for well being. I follow an ethical code that is a framework for best professional conduct.
Please contact by email, message or telephone. I can not answer if I'm with a client but will make contact as soon as I can. Choose a time that gives you a quiet, private space to talk.
I offer a free 15 minute return call to discuss your needs. If we seem a good fit, we can book an appointment. The first appointment has a few minutes at the start to formally explain the support on offer to you.
My office is based in the centre of Goole and can offer discreet access without having to use a Reception facility or a waiting room. There is a Reception available if needed.
There is free parking nearby and just a short walk from the train station / key bus stops.

The individual support sessions are for adults. They will enable you to talk about your specific grieving thoughts and feelings supported and look at ways to make them feel more manageable.
Support for individuals struggling with their grief in the workplace or perhaps trying to return to their job after absence. Perhaps it is impossible to approach your boss with issues that are hard to deal with? Bosses need to talk too, I offer support for grieving managers with their core competencies.
Mediation Approach Sessions for individuals or joint interested parties involved with sorting out of the estate when someone has died. Grief has a massive impact on decision making. This can be very stressful and can lead to feeling overwhelmed. I can facilitate pathways to talk about the issues and help you reach a compromise or reduce conflict. The decisions are always yours. I do not provide legal advice but facilitate a space to explore decision making at a time of loss.
